Position Highlights | The department of Steward observatory seeks to fill a full-time position of a Research Program Administrative Officer II. The selected candidate will assist Professor Daniel Apai in logistical and financial aspects of managing major NASA grant project "Alien Earths", as well as managing finances for a number of other grant accounts, including pre-award proposals and budgets, and post-award monitoring and reporting. Coordinate information dissemination to a team of over 40 US and international collaborators. Facilitate travel planning and process expense transactions. Facilitate meetings and events. Compile and publish newsletters and promotional materials, and manage Alien Earths website. Additional tasks supporting Dr. Apai's projects may be assigned.
