The Curry School of Education seeks highly qualified applicants for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate Position working with Jennie Chiu, Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Special Education. The incumbent will work with Dr. Chiu on research, analysis, grant writing, and publications and presentations focusing on Education Technology.
A terminal degree in Educational Technology or a related field is required by the start date of position. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential. A strong interest in school-based research. Substantive knowledge and background in the field of education technology, and strong quantitative research and analysis skills are also required. Prior experience as an instructor in an educational technology setting is preferred. Experience teaching in a K12 environment is preferred. Experience writing grants, conducting analyses, writing and presenting findings are essential.
This is a one year appointment with renewal for up to three years contingent upon funding and performance.
